first software i ever used was sonar home studio 4. i see they have came a long way since then. not saying im trading in my pro tools though. just saying sonar isn’t bad.
whats the 200.00 difference between producer and studio ?
WTF is up with the colour scheme in Sonar 8.3.1? Everything was so much easier to see in Sonar 8. Also, when you install 8.5, it leaves 8.3.1 behind on the computer as well (so there are two versions of Sonar on the computer). Can I uninstall 8.3.1 after installing 8.5? Cakewalk really hasn’t given very clear instructions on this.
As for as I know, you can change the color present back to the original SONAR 8 scheme by going to Options – Colors – and choosing the “SONAR 8” preset. Also, you can have multiple versions of SONAR on the same rig without worrying about overwriting the older version.
i want to buy sonar8.5 producer. i don’t know where to get it.how?
thank you.
