Wow… look at these comments. Do you all know who Jim Jonsin even is? He was doing hip-hop when you all were just baby’s. He is a GRAMMY winner and one of the top producers out. Maybe he doesn’t make the kind of underground stuff most people on the internet talk about but don’t buy, but he produces top songs that people in the real world actually do buy.
How many of you have half the awards this guy has? Have sold millions, etc. Just because he makes modern music doesn’t make him wack.
And how many of you have actually done production on a top selling album? Most producers use more than one person to make the song (look at Quincy Jones, Bernard Edwards, Dr. Dre, Kanye, Timbaland, etc) there is usually more than one person behind the song, read your album credits. Big difference between beat makers (which I am assuming y’all are) and a record producer.
On another note: sounds like he used that Virus patch on Beyonce’s Sweet Dreams, gotta love that sound.
