DJ Ian Head drops the September edition of his monthly mix series. This time he tackles the beloved CTI catalog and give us all a taste of that classic Creed Taylor/KUDU goodness. As a mix that will keep you busy with enough classic samples and breaks to cause massive inspiration, this comes with full fledged Crate Kings cosign.
obviously there’s enough material that a mixtape could go on for hours, but i just thought i’d drop a few of my favorites, along with a couple classic breaks. all originals, all CTI - except a couple accapellas i threw on for some extra flavor. hope you enjoy!
