Hi-Tek is another one of the great producers in Hip Hop, but there seems to be very little known about the process he follows. The quick video offers us a little peak into how he obtains his drums, basslines, and samples.
Here’s another dope beat making video. This time repected producer Jake One and talks about digging for rare records and constructs a beat for us on the Block Star DVD. Also, there is a great interview about how he got started producing and digging.
I know this clip of Timbaland and Jay Z has been floating around for a while, but it’s one of my favorite joints to watch and get amped to make beats.
