Billing itself as "America’s largest hip-hop festival", Scribble Jam will make a stop in Chicago on September 6th, 2008 in order to select a winners to represent the Windy City at their main event. They’ll also hold an mc battle and will feature performances by Decay, Robust, Dirty Digital, Astonish, and Jam One.
