A quick visit in the studio with Pharell and Star Trak artist Sergio Veneno. Not a whole lot of production specifics being revealed here, but it’s alway interesting to watch Pharrell at work, especially when he chooses to cross genre lines.

why does everyone have to act so corny when the cameras are on? its so weird. its like theres this way you talk now, as soon as the camera comes on, like your on a fucking mixtape dvd…”yea, comin’ straight at niggaz 24/7, ya heard?” its so stupid and rediculous. study dj toomp for how you talk like a regular dude. i am so sick of hip hop corniness…it is defining the genre right now. i don’t want to go retro, but god do i miss them days when all you needed to be fly was a hoodie and some tims, and it really wasn’t necessary to mean mug unless there was due cause. quit the cheese please!
